The Byfleet Suite, located on the ground floor of the Conference Centre, is a bright and spacious venue ideal for private meetings, workshops, and fine dining. With plenty of natural daylight and air-conditioning, it offers a comfortable and inviting atmosphere for any occasion.

Accommodating up to 50 guests, the Byfleet Suite is also a licensed venue for civil weddings and partnership ceremonies, making it a perfect choice for both corporate and social events.

For added flexibility, the suite can be divided into two sections:
Byfleet 1 – Accommodates up to 10 delegates
Byfleet 2 – Accommodates up to 30 delegates

Both sections are equipped with a projector and screen, ensuring seamless presentations and an enhanced event experience.

Located on the ground floor with easy access from the lobby, the Brooklands Room offers a unique and characterful setting for boardroom meetings, training sessions, and private dining.

Named after the legendary Brooklands race track, the world’s first purpose-built motor racing circuit, this room is designed to capture the spirit of motorsport history. The décor features memorabilia that pays tribute to racing icons such as George E. Stanley and Violette Cordery, creating an inspiring and distinctive atmosphere.

The Bisley Room, located on the ground floor of the Conference Centre, is a bright and airy space ideal for meetings, training sessions, and presentations. Its floor-to-ceiling windows allow plenty of natural daylight, creating a refreshing and productive environment.

This versatile room accommodates up to 30 delegates in a theatre-style setup and 14 delegates in a boardroom-style arrangement. For seamless presentations, the Bisley Room is equipped with a projector and screen, ensuring a smooth and professional meeting experience.
